Faye was started by two founders who experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to manage overwhelming emotions without the right tools or support. Traditional therapy can be expensive, intimidating, or simply out of reach and when emotions feel unmanageable, knowing where to start can feel impossible.
We built Faye to bridge the gap between struggling alone and seeking professional help. A place where people can pause, recognize their emotions, and learn to regulate them without pressure, judgment, or appointments.
Faye was created to make emotional regulation skills more accessible, private, and available in the moments people actually need them. Since launching, we've been grateful to support thousands of people as they navigate stress, anxiety, relationship conflicts, and everyday emotional challenges.

What Faye Is
Faye is an emotional regulation companion designed to help people recognize, understand, and manage their emotions using evidence-based approaches rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
It's built for everyday moments. Late nights. Stressful work days. Times when emotions feel overwhelming, but not urgent enough to book a therapy appointment or call someone for help.
Faye does not diagnose, prescribe, or make medical decisions. It offers structured emotional regulation techniques and supportive conversation to help people better understand and respond to what they're experiencing.
